The Sinai Health System needed WeUsThem to bring together Dementia and Senior health resources under one name, and to make those resources accessible.
Outcome
Our work included merging Senior and Dementia health resources, building the Enriches website, ensuring the accessibility of said resources, and working with Sinai Health System’s partners, The Alzheimer’s Society of Toronto, CMHA Ontario, North York Community House, and WoodGreen.
